Carlos specializes on Intellectual property law and new technologies and has also worked extensively in consumer law both general and in the airline industry.
Carlos is interested on the impact of new technologies and because of that his master’s Thesis was on “Authorship in Artificial Intelligence Works”.
As undergraduate student, Carlos collaborated in the areas of procedural laws for a firm and continued there until he finished his LLM studies.
To further specialized on Intellectual Property law, he collaborated in a law firm that specializes in that area and also represented his university at a Convention on patent law.
After finishing his studies, Carlos joined a renowned airplane company.
